SMS Kelantan as I Remember

This is a collection of stories and old photos of me, friends, teachers and events during my secondary school years (1975-79) at SMS Kelantan, which is now known as Sek Men Sains Tengku Muhammad Faris Putra. The school itself was started in 1973, and moved to the new campus in 1974 (you'll see grassless field in some pix!)

Yes, Yasmin joined us in form 4 (1978).

In early 1980 (~ Jan-february, depending on the destination) Yasmin went to Hobart, Australia while I went to Adelaide. In dec 1980, I visited her there. When our matriculation results came out in early 1981, she came to my place, en route to Sydney. Actually she was not sure whether to go to Melbourne (La Trobe) or Sydney for her degree. My friend and I drove her to Melbourne, we visited La Trobe. Then she decided to go to Sydney (UNSW), so we said goodbye and left Yasmin and another female friend at the Malbourne train station (they were taking the train to Sydney).
The following year, when I was already married, we visited her in Sydney :-)

And yes... we regularly meet up to catch up on latest news :-)
The last one was a nasi kerabu breakfast at her place a few months ago...
